Copying rates can reach up to 31 pages-per-minute (ppm) for both monochrome and color copies. Furthermore, this system can generate up to 999 copies from a single document.

The first copy time for the platen glass can take up to 8.0 or less for the black and white. But when copying in color, the rate is as fast as 8.9 seconds. At the same time, the warm-up time for the device is about 90 seconds or even less. When copying documents, it can reduce the output size up to 50% or enlarge it up to 200%. While scanning in the simplex mode, the rate is up to 35 images per minute for both color and monochrome.

The paper speed system of this machine features a standard tray with a capacity of 500 sheets for letter and legal paper. Additionally, there’s a bypass tray that can hold 100 sheets, with optional plates that can accommodate 500-sheet size. The supported weight range for the different paper types varies between 16 and 28 lbs. The paper types that can be used with this machine include letterhead, color paper, recycled paper, pre-printed, and plain paper.

This machine also supports standard automatic duplex copying and printing.
