This copier is a versatile, compact multifunction system for every small office with powerful and productive features for printing, copying, and scanning. Double-sided printing and copying, color scanning, and optional faxing and network printing: this new black and white multi-function system packs it all into a surprisingly small package. The copier performs operations with high speed using its shared 48 MB of RAM and its optional 256MB of RAM. The high-frequency CPU multi-processor design reduces the warm-up time to less than 45 seconds.

The A3-capable copier boasts a wide range of paper sizes, with A6 as its minimum. Its first copy out time is a speedy 7.2 seconds, perfect for small offices with high printing demands. The copier can churn out up to 999 continuous copies, ensuring productivity and efficiency.

The printer’s image enlargement feature is impressive, with the ability to enlarge images from 25% to a whopping 400% without any loss in quality. The ten preset copy ratios are equally effective for both enlargement and reduction, giving users flexibility and control over their copies.

This cutting-edge series boasts an elective network printer equipped with 64MB memory, which can be expanded up to 320MB of RAM. It comes complete with Sharp printer administration utility and Sharp status monitor utility software. This printer seamlessly integrates with Windows and Mac operating systems, supporting IPX, TCP, and EtherTalk network protocols. Additionally, the printer offers user-effective E-mail server user authentication for LDAP and active directory, name and password login, as well as data encryption and data erasure capabilities.

The network scanner is equipped with a range of resolutions including 75, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, and 600 dpi. It is compatible with both Windows and Mac OS and boasts the Sharpdesk documenting application. This software offers an all-encompassing desktop management system for documents in over 200 file formats. Users can easily organize, edit, search, and distribute their documents with a simple drag-and-drop operation. The MX-M200D is further enhanced with the optional MX-FX10 Fax Expansion Kit, which combines 33,600 bps Super G3 speed with on-line transmission for optimal efficiency.
